Production Service Needed in Europe for Discussion-Based Video Series Hybrid Project

We are organizing a multi-day studio shoot in Europe for a discussion-style video series. The content format will be inspired by platforms such as Jubilee on YouTube, featuring unscripted but structured conversations among diverse participants.

We are currently exploring suitable production partners in Europe to support us across different levels of involvement, depending on budget and availability.

Location: Flexible within Europe

We are open to shooting in any European city where casting and production logistics can be managed efficiently, ideally where US citizens or native English speakers with authentic American accents are readily available.

Tentative Shoot Dates: August 2025

• Total shoot days: 7 to 10
• Episodes per day: 3
• Episode duration (raw): 2 to 2.5 hours
• Episode Length: 1-1.5 hours each x 21 episodes
• Participants per episode: 3 to 4
• Total participants: 80 individuals, each participating in one episode only, should be with American Accents.

3 x cameras (Sony Fx or Canon Dlsr cameras, lockoff, guarded)

All quotes should be itemized by section (e.g., studio, crew, casting, post-production) and include any notes on availability or limitations.

Option 1: Full-Service Production (All-Inclusive)

• Studio or white-background location sourcing
• Full crew: camera, sound, lighting, director, production assistant
• Equipment rental: multi-camera setup, sound kits, lighting
• Casting: approximately 80 participants with American accents (street casting acceptable)
• On-site production coordination
• Includes post-production: basic editing, color correction, and sound mix

Option 2: Production Support (Excluding Post-Production)

Same as Option 1, but

• Post-production not included

Option 3: Studio and Technical Crew Only

• Studio or white-background location sourcing
• Technical crew: camera, sound, lighting (excluding director and coordinator)
• Equipment rental: multi-camera setup, sound kits, lighting
• No casting, production coordination, or post-production

Studio and Set Requirements

• Studio setup: Clean white background
• Props needed:

  • Two movable flat walls, each approximately 2 meters by 1 meter. These will be used during the conversation sessions as part of the interactive format. They may be positioned to visually block or separate participants during certain segments and removed entirely for others, depending on the flow of the episode.
  • Tables, chairs
  • Tablecloths, drinking glasses

• Lighting: Flat, neutral lighting in line with the reference content
• Audio: Individual lavalier microphones for all participants plus boom microphone as backup

Casting Requirements

• Participants should be real people, not actors or models
• We are looking for individuals who are talkative, expressive, comfortable on camera, and willing to share opinions
• Diversity in age and background is welcome — college students are encouraged, as well as participants from other age groups
• All participants must be native English speakers with American accents, ideally US citizens
• Video casting materials must be arranged in advance for our selection and approval process
